Adult Education
“Every one of us needs half an hour of prayer a day, except when we are busy-then we need an hour”, St. Francis de Sales
In keeping with our biblical call to lead a life of beatitude and our church mission to offer continuing education for adults, we at St Francis offer opportunities for Christian growth.
These classes are usually held in the fall during the season of Advent and again during the Lenten season finishing the beginning of Holy week. These sessions are attended by anywhere from ten to about forty persons.
These offerings are designed to help us grow in Christ and therefore help us to “..facilitate the lifelong conversion of the whole person to the Father’s call to holiness and eternal life.” (USCCA, pg. XVII).
These gatherings allow us, as a church family, to come together for: prayer, the study of God’s word, the breaking of bread, and fellowship.
The CATHOLICISM Project – St. Francis de Sales Adult Formation Ministry invites you to experience Fr.
